ASSESSOR NEWS

* Real and Personal Propert Taxes are due January 1, 2011 through February 1, 2011. Taxes paid
after February 1, 2011 will incur a 1% per month penalty.
* Mobile Home Taxes will be due during the month of March and delinquent after April 1, 2011
* Homestead signing begins January 4, 2011 through April 1, 2011.
* Personal Property Renditions are due by April 1, 2011.
* 2011 Tunica County Assessment rolls will be open to the public the month of July.
* Deadline for appeals of the 2011 assessment rolls will be the first monday in August. |
